what’s the theory?

Burger Theory has been built from the ground up with real grassroots, powered by an insatiable quest for better, fresher and more creative burgers. Founded in 2012 Burger Theory is led by brothers in burgers Rory and Nick. All our food is made from locally sourced produce, high-welfare farming and a whole lot of love!

We are a cook-from-scratch kitchen. We pickle and ferment, braise and brine. Our aim is to innovate burger cuisine and bring happiness to the word though the medium of the humble burger. These days you can find Burger Theory at our flagship restaurant on St Stephens Street in Bristol & at music festivals across the county.
